Reporting to the Head of Business Services, you will be field based, working within Castrol Business Services team. The main purpose of the role is to build a strategic understanding with Vehicle Manufacturers, National Dealer Groups, Fast-Fit, and Autocentre operations, by using your first class consultative skills to identify and sell CBS products and services that will enhance our customers' sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for team players who have extensive first hand knowledge of the automotive industry. A Dealer and OEM background of sales and account management with particular focus on consultative selling is paramount, as is the ability to construct complex tailored packages to meet customer needs. Excellent networking skills are a prerequisite.
