Leading the New and Used sales teams you will be responsible for all aspects of departmental performance. You will have well developed structured sales management disciplines with strong attention to process and detail. You will champion opportunities for improvement, use of best practice and for the ongoing training and development of your people.
You will be a positive, warm, engaging and motivating people manager with a keen eye for the key drivers of the business. You will be quick to spot opportunities for improvement and to implement them and be able to bring your team with you in such initiatives. You will have a strong record of success backed up by sound references.
