Due to constant growth, they require a Sales Controller of the highest calibre to join their busy Dealership in Aylesbury. Responsible for the management of a team of Sales Executives, the main purpose of the job is to drive sales and financial targets, develop a successful sales team, generate sales plans and budgets to include new and used cars, accessories, F+I, overheads, and all related items.
You will currently be in a position of management/Supervisor/Senior sales (with at least two years experience) operating in a volume environment, seeking the next step in your career. You must have a proven track record of achieving manufacturer targets, be able to demonstrate a highly developed sales ability, possess excellent interpersonal skills with drive and an enthusiasm for teamwork. You will be self-motivated, focused on achieving goals and be able to demonstrate high achievement.
