Territory from Manchester to Birmingham

via the dealership network and their ability to deliver consistent and outstanding
results at all levels.
This is a critical role delivering sales and customer service performance, by coaching dealers in the sales process, prospect management and customer service best practice. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the territory stretches from Manchester
Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing the CMS system with area dealers for maximum sales benefit
• Implementing showroom prospecting and follow-up processes with all dealers to cover new, used, retail, small business and fleet
• Managing and coaching dealers to respond effectively to HMUK sales leads
to achieve agreed follow-up, test drive and sales conversion targets
The ideal person will have a proven track record in territory sales/business development, and have a sound knowledge and application of the sales process, prospecting, and CRM best practice. They will be commercially aware, possess the ability to establish credibility at all levels and be well accustomed to clearly defined planning and reporting disciplines.
