Sales Development Leader
Stratstone Group represents BMW/MINI in Tyneside, Leeds, Harrogate, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Hull and Derby and as a constantly growing business is looking to appoint a high calibre individual into a Divisional role of Sales Development Leader.
Working with the Franchise Director, this role will be responsible for developing retail sales performance, corporate sales performance and stock strategy at both our BMW/MINI locations.
The ideal candidate will have: -
· Sales expertise and be a strong experienced Leader who has the drive and determination to succeed
· A proven track record, preferably in a volume-driven dealership, with the ability to contribute to the success of our group
· First class interpersonal skills, combined with a credible leadership style
· A 100% commitment to give and always go the extra mile
· The ability to implement and control process change
· The ability to build relationships at all levels with team members, customers and Directors
· Attention to detail, meticulous standards and experience in buying
