£90k package (base to £70/75k, commission - to equivalent of 15% base salary - car/benefits)

The Role: Primarily you will take ownership of stretching but attainable new business targets, with a team of regionally-based sales people and office-based support. You will lead new business sales to corporate markets in every capacity; as people manager, as creative leader, as a catalyst and motivator and as coach and mentor. You will drive activity and directly support your team with prospect negotiations and closing profitable business.
About You: You have lead new business teams in a mature and competitive sector – not essentially in automotive services - and can demonstrate a personal success record. You are already on an accelerated sales career path, and have plenty more room for personal growth. Naturally inspiring and challenging, you bring simplicity to complex sales cycles and provide clear and precise direction to your team. Above all, you have a passion for selling that infects everyone around you.
