Impetus Automotive is a specialist automotive consultancy and business services organisation delivering business solutions for 24 of the worlds leading automotive vehicle manufacturers.
These are strategically important roles operating at the core of Volkswagen and Skoda new vehicle sales. The roles will deliver the Retail Sales Excellence process across the national franchise networks for both brands.
Being rolled out to identified retailers, RSE involves structured visits over a predefined period with some needs driven ad-hoc visits and follow up activity. Working intensively with the retailer management team, the RSE coach will apply a unique and proven methodology to develop the effectiveness of the retailer sales process.
To be successful in this challenging role, you will need to have outstanding coaching, communication, negotiation and people management skills. The ideal candidate will have previous motor industry experience and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in coaching teams.
