Representing two of the world’s largest car manufactures, you will be charged with the task of working with customers to understand their needs, guide them towards the most appropriate vehicle and finally be confident to close the sale.
No sales or motor industry experience is necessary, but you will need to be comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base and possess a blend of sales ability, customer service skills and commercial awareness.
The successful Sales Executive will also require the following qualities:
- Strong ability to build a rapport with customers
- Good head for figures
- Effective time management skills
- Target driven
- Professional appearance
- Enthusiastic personality with bags of energy
- Motivated team player
- Genuine interest in the Automotive Sector
- No sales or motor industry experience required as full training will be given
- Full UK Driving Licence
The most important facet is a desire to succeed and the commitment to work hard to achieve your targets.
The position requires approximately 45 hours each week on a shift rota, including weekends and bank holidays. In return, you can expect to earn a great basic salary + excellent commission and a company car. We have positions available in both our Leeds and Doncaster dealerships.
