Our client has an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, driven, Sales Manager at their franchised site.
Your role will be to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the sales team to achieve the business plan.
You will also be expected to sell product yourself and be responsible for the purchase, preparation and display of vehicles.
You will also be required to manage and develop relationships with manufacturers, customers and colleagues across the group.
The ideal candidate will currently be a successful New Car Sales Manager, or a highly successful Business Manager/Sales Controller with New Car experience, ready to take the next step in his or her career, committed to achieving excellence with the ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales, profitability and operating efficiency.
You will demonstrate commercial awareness, profit orientation and the ability to inspire the sales team to ensure they remain focused on customer satisfaction.
You should be an established motor industry professional and must be FSA approved.
