A rare opportunity to join a very well established and recognised specialist car Retail Group, as Sales Manager at a key location in Cornwall. Overseeing a team selling circa 300 new and 300 used cars per annum, the sales consultants are highly rated but need strong and experienced leadership and direction. As the vast majority of customers in this area are private retail individuals, rather than corporate companies or SME’s, coaching the sales team to spend time with individuals to help them make the correct considered decisions, is vitally important.
We require well honed skills gained in a structure volume or specialist car business, with an emphasis on used car sales and marketing. Using a Kerridge based DMS system, both the Brand and the Dealership require impeccable interpersonal and presentation skills, together with entrepreneurial flair and influential leadership ability.
This role is open to applicants who already have Sales Management expertise, and would not be the correct move for an inexperienced people manager. Therefore, maturity, track record of Sales Management and a real ability to take productivity to the next level is critically important.
