With an 11 car showroom and over 50 used car display spaces, the opportunity to do business is enormous and, as such, we are now looking to recruit a first class motor industry professional to lead our sales team.
Responsibilities will be broad and include all aspects of new and used car retailing; from sales process to stock control, deal management to vehicle presentation, expense control to maximising F&I income. However, we are looking for more than just technical competence…….
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate highly developed leadership and communication skills, possess the ability to utilise these to best effect in motivating and inspiring those around him/her, be highly self motivated and results driven and, as always, have a genuine passion for delivering the highest levels of service to both our existing and potential customers.
In order to be considered for this truly outstanding opportunity, applicants should have at least 2 years experience in a senior Sales Management role and be able to demonstrate a track record of success and achievement.
