About the Role
•Ensure Retail & SME departments achieve budgeted volume and Gross Profit
•Maintain quality stock control, vehicle movements in and out of the business whilst minimising costs and risk
•Maintain and promote Retail Standards and the brand image throughout the business, i.e. display, demo’s etc. as well as compliance management with marketing campaigns
•Lead and promote whiteboard to manage business day-to-day running, KPI’s & OTDB’s
•Ensure sales forecasting is understood by the Management Team whilst maintaining full transparency and accuracy throughout
•Ensure full involvement of the Business Managers. 100% second-facing, full understanding and engagement with finance and insurance related products, full compliance with bank regulations; SOP’s and AFFS must be controlled and monitored.
•Coach and develop the management team to maintain, coach, develop and ensure understanding from all direct reports on all aspects of the business
•Lead and manage performance and development with monthly reviews
•Promote and maintain high levels of CSV and the full team engagement
•Promote a full understanding of Drive Magic Moments and maximise team engagement through regular impact planning meetings
•Lead, develop and coach on effective Daily Team Meetings
•Lead and coach all members of the sales team with the Toyota way sales process
•Ensure all cash handling and invoicing is monitored and follows company SOP’s
•Ensure full compliance with all audit requirements and company SOP’s
•Ensure full, accurate and punctual completion of all necessary reporting tools
•Ensure all HR regulations are understood and followed by all members of the team

About You

•Strong knowledge of Sales process, structure, systems and methodology
•Strong understanding of  accessories SMC and f and I products and services,
•Ability to manage sales staff and work with the F & I Manager.
•Ability to manage advise and communicate sales process accessories and SMC  to retail customers
•Understanding of auto sales processes and KPI
•Strong interpersonal facilitation and presentation skills
•Ability to influence and gain commitment from  work colleagues
•Strong persuasive,  analytical skills and PC proficiency
•Understanding/Knowledge of competitor consumer offers and market strategies
•Previous automotive experience preferred
•Languages: Fluent English-Arabic an AdvantageUAE National preferred.
