Are you a successful Sales Manager, Sales Professional, Account Manager or Automotive Sales Executive looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is one of the leading automotive dealers of new and used cars in Essex, established in 1929. With an annual turnover in excess of £150 million, they represent a wide range of quality brands from Chevrolet, Citroen, Dacia, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, MG and Vauxhall, across 15 dealerships located throughout Basildon, Orsett, Rochford and Southend-on-Sea.

Due to their continued success and growth they are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join them at their Citroen Dealership in Basildon.

The key responsibilities they seek in a Sales Manager are as follows:

· To be fully conversant with all aspects of new and used car sales
· To be able to control stock levels
· To meet manufacturers targets to achieve manufacturers bonus targets
· To maintain high levels of retained profit.
· To maximise upsell opportunities e.g. finance, GAP, service plans etc.
· To control a sales team and maximise footfall using electronic diary systems

The Ideal Sales Manager:

· Previous Sales Manager experience is essential.
· Be able to demonstrate a successful track record.
· Previous experience within the automotive industry.
· Full UK Driving licence.
