The candidate must have a proven sales management history and who can maintain and improve on the current results and performance. You will need to be process driven with strong leadership skills and have the ability to manage and develop your team to produce the required result. You will also need to be highly organised and be able to manage the administrative and reporting side of the role in a timely and accurate manner.
F&I being a critical part of our process a full understanding of managing and measuring performance is essential, you will need to be 100% committed to be a success in this demanding and rewarding role.
You will be responsible for a team of 16 Sales Executives and 4 business managers.
You will ideally live within the Bristol area or have no more than a 40 minutes commute, we are offering a good basic salary and excellent uncapped commission plan available for the right candidate.
