As Sales Manager you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding targets and sales objectives, formulating policies to achieve maximum profitability and delivering the Volkswagen ambition through the satisfaction of our customers. You will of course achieve this by motivating and developing the sales team.
Customer, customer, customer, how do I satisfy the customer, is your mantra. Self-confident? Of course you are you're a sales manager. You continually demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills. You take responsibility seriously; it goes with the territory. Personally you are ambitious, confident in yourself and enthusiastic in everything you do. You have passion for business and for people.
Of course you will have an excellent track record of sales management and marketing experience within the retail motor industry. Clean driving licence definately. In the age of technology you are obviously IT literate and able to use word and database packages and email and the internet.
