We require a Sales Professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in the commercial vehicle sector. Applicants applying for this position must be a dynamic self-starter with the drive to develop new markets and business streams in order to expand current business capabilities.  We are an established automotive engineering company providing integrated electrical and communications build, design, fabrication and conversion work.


You will be required to:
· Develop new vehicle conversion markets.
· Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
· Deliver sales by developing relationships with retail partners.
· Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
· Increase market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
· Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.



· Extensive experience in automotive related sales.
· Proven track record in business development
· Ability to self motivate
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· Able to work under pressure to meet targets
· Market experience
· Demonstrable people skills
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills
· Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
· Excellent communication and 'people skills'
· Good planning and organisational skills
· Good IT, budget and report writing skills
