An award winning marketing agency with a fantastic client list including premium brand automotive manufacturer accounts is seeking a Senior Account Manager to work on one of these accounts.
Your role as Senior Account Manager is to develop long term successful relationships with the clients, their agencies and the dealer network through an excellent standard of account management, demonstrating planning, leadership and organisational skills along with a clear and in depth understanding of requirements at a Dealer level.
Managing both the campaign and dealer teams means you will be the crucial link between the client/ national agency and the dealer network – ensuring that firstly, the client and national agencies are aware of and take on board dealer views / needs, dealers are actively engaging with what is on offer to them centrally and lastly, that dealers are actively engaging.
You will need to be educated to degree level and have experience working in a marketing function – with either a client or agency. Experienced in account handling within a marketing agency would be ideal. Ideally you will also have experience in automotive marketing. You will be working closely with the agency’s creative team and will need to have the ability to develop creative propositions.
The successful candidate will have:
Marketing experience with either a client or agency
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be able to build good working relationships
Have excellent client facing presentation skills
Be well organised with a real eye for detail
Ideally be educated to degree level – preferably with a marketing qualification
