Our client is the in-house Automotive Marketing Communications Company for an automotive manufacturer. The UK office handles the Digital/CRM business for the manufacturer using an external Agency supplier.
The agency is a rapidly expanding company which is seeking individuals to join at this key moment in its evolution. To accommodate their growth, they will shortly be moving to new offices in Soho. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to work on the manufacturer’s Digital/CRM Business.
Primarily works into Account Director at the external agency supplier for Digital and CRM but reports into Business Director of the agency
Core Skills: CRM & ECRM, Digital, Integration with Website and Microsite Builds and Maintenance, Implementation and Delivery of Digital Creative: Banners, Rich Media etc.
Works closely with all key agency stakeholders including other agency staff and European Agency.
Handles all account project finances
Good experience at a leading Digital agency with strong Digital and CRM project handling skills
Experience on Automotive or other big brands.
Ability to work in Supplier Agency offices but wise enough to take an objective view to ensure the client receives a first class service.
Friendly, bubbly personality – comfortable with working for an unconventional Agency set-up where infrastructure is still in its infancy.
Can do-attitude who likes to be independent
Passionate about cars
Creative – and can work well with a diversity of people, day to day
