An award winning marketing agency is seeking a Senior Account Manager to work on an automotive dealer marketing account.
Your role as Senior Account Manager is to develop long term successful relationships with your clients providing an excellent standard of account management, demonstrating planning and organisational skills by delivering first class campaigns which meet and exceed the client’s expectations.
Ensure you and your team fully understand your client’s needs and expectations
Build up and develop an excellent relationship with your client by understanding their business objectives
Deliver a ‘can do’ service that installs confidence in your ability
Closely track allocated budgets and time planning of projects
Proactively look at ways to enhance client offering and identify opportunities where possible to grow your client’s accounts
Lead your team by example, by demonstrating a passion for your client and encouraging this in others
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience working on automotive dealer marketing services
A proven track record in account management in a marketing agency
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a high attention to detail
Demonstrate strong team management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to the highest possible accuracy level
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular Excel and Word
