SENIOR SERVICE ADVISOR
The main duties of this role will be identifying customer needs both
face to face and on the telephone, controlling the throughput of work
in the Service Department and invoicing work done, so communication
skills and a good working knowledge of the business will be vital. You
will need good customer focus skills and be able to keep promises
made to customers.
