Chorley Group Blackpool/Wigan require a full time service advisor to maximise sales and profitability within our busy service department at our Blackpool/Wigan dealerships. Working closely with the Service Manager, the Workshop Controller and Technicians, you will effectively book in vehicles for service and repair, initiate job card production and follow up systems, update customer and vehicle history files, document all warranty work and ensure all work, as detailed, has been charged for.
You will advise customers of their service requirements and keep them informed of precise costs, completion times and collection arrangements on completion.
Based at our Blackpool/Wigan dealerships, the ideal candidate will be numerate & literate with an excellent telephone manner, demonstrate efficient PC and administration skills and be fully conversant with DMS sytems and Workshop loading. A high level of customer service will be expected at all times.
Reporting to - Service Manager
Remuneration - Dependant on experience and qualifications.
