Our client is a well established company within the motor industry and is looking for a dynamic and customer focussed individual to join their team as a Service Receptionist/Advisor.
You will be dealing with customers at all levels, both face to face and over the telephone and will show considerable service and interpersonal skills at all times. You will be dealing with domestic, business and fleet customers and will be able to attend to each of these customers with the same high level of service and efficiency, along with all other duties associated with a Service Receptionist/Advisor position.
A knowledge of, or background within the motor industry is required for the role and a working knowledge of computer and IT systems is advantageous. Ideally you will have a full, clean driving license as some driving and delivery of customer vehicles may be required.
Excellent organisation and communication skills are also essential to this position.
