Here's what you can expect to be doing in the job.
Working in our busy Service Reception, you will manage your customer's experience to the highest standards, every time!
Welcoming Service customers and managing them through the vehicle drop-off and visual check process to identify current and future up-sell opportunities.
Liaising with the workshop to ensure there is complete understanding of the job card and getting agreement from the customer for all work identified.
Working in conjunction with technicians to ensure that all work is kept on track and customers are regularly and pro-actively given progress reports.
Managing the booking process so the workshop is loaded appropriately and as fully as possible.
Explaining the quality and value of the work carried out and handing vehicle back to customer.
Ensuring that all administration associated with the booking arrangements, customer visit and work carried out is accurate and fully documented.
Here's what you'll have to be able to do the job.
Good general standard of education, ideally including NVQ or equivalent in a technical subject.
Experience of dealing with technical information in a customer facing role, ideally gained in the motor trade.
Excellent communication skills (by phone, face-to-face and written), including the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
Well organised with an excellent attention to detail.
Desire to work well under pressure, using your own initiative, and succeed as part of a team.
Well presented and professional approach.
