Looking to build on this success, they are currently looking for Service Advisors for their Vauxhall Dealership at West Byfleet
Role - Service Advisor
Location – Kingston Upon Thames
Salary – £25,000 OTE
Reporting to the Service Manager, the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Dealing with customers’ requirements for service and vehicle repairs
Managing all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an efficient and courteous manner, providing a first class customer service
Managing the allocation and handover of customers’ vehicles ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction
Liaising with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customers’ vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Franchise Dealership on a service desk (or have experience in a similar role with transferable skills). You must be confident, outgoing and extremely customer focused and able to demonstrate ability in administration. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be a team player. Education standards to degree level would be beneficial however secondary to excellent communication and customer service skills and experience.
