As a constantly growing business an opportunity has arisen within their BMW Division to join a team of Customer Service Advisors based at their Customer Service Centre in Harrogate.
The ideal candidate will have:
· The ability to interact with customers on the telephone to provide and process information in response to enquiries and requests relating to products and services
· Excellent communication skills and be computer literate
· The ability to build relationships with both team members and customers
· Attention to detail, high standards and a desire to deliver a 5 star customer experience
