An automotive manufacturer is seeking a Service & Parts Programmes Manager.  Managing a small team you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty through Service & Parts proposition.  You will work on the development and delivery of Service & Parts sales strategy to achieve UK and Factory targets including profit contribution.  You will also work with the field team to drive Network performance.

Key Activities
Development and delivery of marketing communication campaigns to drive customer loyalty, parts volumes and margin contribution
Delivery of products and programmes to drive customer retention and profitability
Ownership of parts, accessory, merchandise, retail hours and service plan targets and volumes
Develop and implement a commercially viable Fleet offer  to increase loyalty and engagement with the fleet community
Customer centric sales and market exploitation in all Service & Parts areas
Factory and Brand performance reporting for all relevant service & parts related activities Liaison with Marketing to deliver effective POS and communication collateral
Delivery of Service & Parts element of CRM strategy
Brand parts profit contribution through delivery of budgeted volume and margin contribution
Drive brand focus & innovation by developing industry leading processes, programmes, skills and behaviours to improve performance

The successful candidate will have:
Experience of launching initiatives & programmes for an automotive manufacturer
Experience of working and delivering results within a customer focused organisation
Good analytical ability and a highly level of numeracy
Ability to balance longer term thinking and deliver the short term priorities
High degree of commercial awareness
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong influencing and presentation skills
Understanding of the dealer network
Degree educated (preferable but not essential) & marketing qualification
