Ph impetus is an established, successful and growing automotive consultancy and business services provider, specialising in aftersales and dealer network development support to vehicle manufacturers in the UK and continental Europe.
Right now we are seeking a Service Business Development Manager and Service Business Development Specialists to support the implementation of service retention and growth programmes on behalf of a significant global vehicle manufacturer. Working as part of a team the roles require individuals to provide leadership in the development of Service programmes and processes across a network of dealers.
To fulfil these roles you will need to have a comprehensive knowledge of the service sector gained from fast fit, independent specialist/repairer or vehicle manufacturer operations. The ability to add value and improve performance is imperative. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
A clear understanding of best practice workshop/fast fit processes and practices
Ability to inspire others and achieve results
Excellent communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
Flexible approach to work – a self sufficient, self starter
Education ideally to degree level
Previous/current experience of working as a manager, preferably in a regional role, for an aftermarket supplier, franchised dealer group or vehicle manufacturer would be an advantage.
