We are now expanding our existing After Sales Department tofurther support our dealer network to address the critical factors of customer retention, loyalty and recommendation, whilst continuing to develop the network’s commercial performance.
Reporting to the National Service & Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of initiatives and processes to maximise the Kia dealer networks after sales commercial opportunities, working to develop and improve the Kia dealer networks after sales customer database quality, usability and value.
You will also utilise the available customer experience measurements to develop Service Programmes to make measurable customer experience and retention improvements. You must be able to provide management information and analysis for all Service Programmes, including composite data, and to manage existing assigned service programmes to a high standard, i.e. bodyshop programme.
Preferably having worked in similar roles within an automotive company at National Level, you will be educated to degree level with a background in engineering, mathematics, computing, or business.
