Due to an internal restructure our client has an interesting opportunity for a Service Manager at their busy site.
As part of the Service Team, this position is responsible for the management of the Workshop, coaching and leading the maintenance team within the Service Department to meet a set of challenging targets.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent commercial and customer care skills, in addition to having previous experience of team management and delivery against set targets.
You will possess a proven track record within the automotive industry and will have the ability to build relationships at all levels.
You will be self-motivated and have a will to grow the workshop business.
The ideal candidate will be a strong man manager and will have lots of autonomy.
You should have previous experience in a similar role, whether it is supervisory or managerial experience.
A good understanding of margins and the importance of relationship building are essential.
