Service Manager - Lincoln Audi

You will be a highly professional Service Manager committed to maintaining and continuously improving service delivery within a busy department through strong leadership and management.
Reporting to the Head of Business, the main responsibilities are to organise service activities to ensure the department’s efficient and profitable operation through the effective marketing and sale of labour, parts, accessories, lubricants, subcontracted services and other value added products and services. Resources and assets will be utilised at a level commensurate with profit targets and it will be ensured that customers are extremely satisfied and customer relations are enhanced.
It is essential that you have the relevant technical and professional qualifications as well as knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry at Service Manager level. You must also have relevant up-to- date knowledge of vehicle design, consumer and vehicle legislation, and industry and trade practices.
You must be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of modern business methods and financial controls. High standards of numeracy and literacy are essential.
