Today there are opportunities for two “Pro-active Professionals” to join the Management Team and play a leading part in developing all aspects of the expanding Automotive Division.
This position is to manage both our Internal and External Contract Hire Fleet of 1,400 vehicles. The job requires a capable ‘hands-on’ leader with strong communication skills and the flexibility to react quickly to keep these vehicles on-the-road.
You will oversee the systems and processes that will enable the multi-cultural staff to operate efficiently, so you should have had experience of managing a main dealer service workshop with the emphasis being on controlling workshop efficiencies, work-in-progress, warranty submissions with all KPI‘s measured on a motor-trade DMS.
