Dutton Forshaw Maidstone, part of The Lloyds TSB Group, now has an opportunity for a highly organised and effective after sales professional to join their management team.

The successful candidate will need to be a dynamic leader as you will be responsible for a team of 17 technicians and 8 administration staff. It would be highly advantageous to have an understanding of Microsoft Office, and have experience in using our Kerridge dealer management system.

Working in accordance with manufacturer standards, you will be committed to delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. A strong focus on financial performance, the ability toimplement and maintain effective procedures plus the ability to perform under pressure are all requirements of this demanding position.
