You will take ownership of our centre service department and a workshop with some 12 technicians. Achieving and exceeding targets, you will be responsible for driving the department to a new level, ensuring an efficient workshop operation, formulating clear policies and championing best practice, whilst also maximising sales of parts and labour.
Confident, ambitious and very open-minded, you will enjoy solving problems creatively and always go the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction, ensuring the quality of work delivered is of the highest standard. Above all, you're an innovative and inspiring leader, with the personality to motivate others and a passion for developing skills and advancing careers.
Previous experience as a Service Manager is a must, and you will be knowledgeable regarding consumer, vehicle legislation and trade practices along with having a strong focus on promoting the business within the local market area. It goes without saying that you are highly IT literate and hold a clean, current driving licence, and you will combine impressive technical skills with real hunger for responsibility.
