Our client is a sizable and high profile franchised dealer group based in Saudi Arabia. They have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a proven track record, experienced working with a premium automotive brand.
•Managing the day to day activates of the Service Department
•Implement, practice and encourage best practice and industry standards
•Setting high standards, streamlining processes, increasing efficiency and productivity, CSI and bottom line profits
•Managing, motivating and developing the Service team
•Minimum of 2 years as Service Manager with a proven track record
•Currently working with a premium brand
•Demonstrated leadership skills to drive, manage and develop the service and workshop department members
•Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in the automotive industry
•Experience working in the Middle East would be highly advantageous
