Stratstone have a rare opportunity for a Service Manager to operate in their Mercedes- Benz dealership in Huddersfield.
Reporting into the Dealer Principal, your main responsibilities are to independently manage and develop a customer orientated and profitable workshop. This includes, in particular, optimally utilising the market, a high level of customer satisfaction and high yields for the department, as well as planning, and controlling and monitoring processes in customer services areas.
