Package: £40,000 OTE

Due to their continued success an excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager to join their soon to be opened new state of the art workshop in their Hyundai Franchise at Cheshire Oaks.
Reporting into the Dealer Principal, they are looking to recruit a highly professional individual with strong leadership skills to head up our already successful after sales team. Key to the role is the ability to continuously improve service delivery within the department, with aspirations of achieving 100% customer satisfaction at all times. Therefore, it is essential that you have the relevant technical, professional and engineering qualifications as well as knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry at management level.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the retail motor industry and have an outstanding track record in service or aftersales management. You must have knowledge of modern business methods within a Franchise Dealership and have up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry and trade practices.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be a Service Manager operating in a volume or busy specialist environment
• Have relevant experience and be seeking the next step in their career
