Our client is looking to recruit a credible and highly professional Service Manager, with a proven track record of managing a modern service operation effectively.
The aim of the role is primarily to take the Aftersales business forward, providing vision, inspiration, and professionalism of the highest standard.
With business acumen, you will maximise on profits and seek long term returns on investments through the prudent and efficient use of resources. You will seek out new ways to increase and develop business opportunities and identify new and additional products maintaining and improving the service department's competitive edge.
You will ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is demonstrated enhancing the reputation of the Company by creating and maintaining an environment where all employees develop and excel.
It is essential that you have a detailed understanding and current and relevant experience of the retail motor industry at service management level with a minimum 4+ years experience. You will have practical skills, experience and knowledge of modern motor industry processes and practices with up-to-date knowledge.
