Pentana Solutions are looking for an experienced automotive dealership Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager or senior Service Advisor to fill a role within our customer service department.

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager or senior Service Advisor who has worked with ERP or DMS software such as ADP, Kerridge, Kalamazoo or similar.

Become part of a dynamic and talented support team whose role is to install our DMS system, train staff and support our customer base. The ideal candidate will be a team-player with hands-on experience in the day to day operation of a DMS system in a dealership.

You will need excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Proficiency in a second European language may be of benefit. Local and international travel will be involved.

If you live within commuting distance of Maidenhead and have a strong ERP or DMS background in a dealership Service department this could be a great career move for you.

Role: Customer Service Consultant – encompassing installation, training and support.

Skills: We are seeking a person who has a proven and recent background within a Service Department in an automotive dealership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the operation of the dealership DMS system. The emphasis of the role will be to install our DMS system, train dealership staff and support our customer base.

Expectations: 1. Install Pentana Solutions’ DMS system across the UK 2. Train users in the operation of the software. 2. Assist with pre-install meetings, and user training / live-start scheduling. 3. First level customer phone support. 4. Assist with documentation of DMS processes. 5. Show an absolute commitment to delivering the highest levels of service to our customers.
