Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, Commercial Vehicles, your main responsibilites will be to define and deliver a portfolio of marketing programmes within the service and repair arena. These will include service definition and retention, pricing structure, channels to market and marketing communications.
With excellent knowledge and experience of the commercial vehicle after market from either a dealer or manufacturer background, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills particularly with dealers and customers. You must also have the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time and to take a pro-active role in developing our after sales processes. Previous marketing experience is preferable but not essential.
