Help shape the future of service marketing.
As Service Marketing Manager for BMW Group UK, you will help create, implement and manage marketing strategies, tools and programmes that will enable BMW and MINI dealerships to achieve industry-leading levels of customer retention and growth.
It's a stunning opportunity but an undeniably tough challenge. Managing a small, dedicated team. you will be a key shaper of Aftersales corporate and retail service strategy, with a particular focus on the promotion of high profile retention programmes and products such as Service While You Wait, Service Inclusive and MINI tic.
You will also be responsible for directing and managing key projects, researching and evaluating new initiatives, budget control and maximisation of return on investment. You will also liaise with BMWAG in Munich to help shape worldwide programmes for UK suitability.
To be considered, you will need a degree level qualification and at least 3 years of industry related marketing management experience, preferably gained within Aftersales. You will also need a proven track record in having demonstrated creativity, strategic awareness, excellent team and project management skills and the ability to promote and raise the profile of Aftersales service marketing.
