Due to our continued success and growth we are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Team Manager to join the team at our prestigious Mercedes- Benz dealership in Wolverhampton.
Reporting in to the Service Manager you will be responsible for:
· Supervising and motivating your own small team of Technicians to achieve the highest possible levels of performance and departmental targets
· Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs
· Managing all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an efficient and courteous manner
· Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles,
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a background in a prestige dealership being a huge benefit. You must have previous experience working in a customer-focused environment and have excellent leadership qualities. You will need to have good administration skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
