Following an intense period of in house training, the successful candidate is required to effectively deliver installation on customer site and off site, of Gemini Computer Systems Limited software, Access Dimensions Accounts Software and Sage line 50 Accounts Software. The successful applicant must have the ability to be able to work on their own initiative with the remote support of the staff at Gemini head office in Lincoln. When not deploying software, the successful candidate will also play an active role in the direct support of the products as part of the support team based in our office in Lincoln.
The job requires you to travel to and from site via the use of a company car and on occasion stay overnight in hotels.
The working hours are Monday to Friday. On the odd occasion, the successful applicant may be required to travel on a Sunday afternoon. Overtime is sometimes available for Saturday work.

Main Duties Include
Installation and configuration of software on customer sites
Assisting on-site of the migration and go-live process of new systems
Assisting the support team in remote supporting of the above products from our office in Lincoln
Any industry knowledge gained in a motor trade franchise environment is essential. Some Dealer Management Systems and any accounting experience would also be preferred. The candidate must be IT literate and have good spoken and written communication skills
