Negotiable basic + bonus + car + benefits OTE c£55-65K
Location: Branches throughout South/South East of England
Our client is an exceptionally successful, privately owned, Motor Group
holding premium franchises within the luxury car and commercial vehicle
Due to continued growth and success, there is now a requirement
for a Group Service Manager to oversee all of the service operations for this
business, including three Bodyshop facilities.
Reporting to the Board, our ideal candidate will have substantial experience
in running multi-site service operations, together with a very strong strategic
outlook on business development.
Additionally, a “hands on” approach to
overall management is absolutely essential. Naturally, we would require an
individual with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, an ability to liaise
successfully with a variety of Importers and capable of negotiating at a senior
level, both within the business and with all key suppliers.
