Our client is seeking an industry recognised individual, at Master Technician level, with previous experience of the service side of the motor industry to take on this interesting role providing technical support to customers as well as Authorised Repairers on the resolution of technical problems.
The ideal candidate will also need to demonstrate a confident manner, with strong customer service orientation, IT literacy and personal organisational ability. You will need to be able to react quickly to problems and develop technical knowledge and training skills with specialisation on products and technical systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the relevant management reports, submission of warranty claims and dealing with the relevant form completion in relation to this position.

Have you completed industry recognised training programmes to Master Technician level?
Have you experience of working within the Service side of the motor industry?
Are you living within the Central South part of the country, with the ability to travel on a nationwide basis?
Have you experience of investigating and resolving technical issues, with the ability to support Authorised Repairers?
Do you have strong personal organisation, IT literacy and administration skills to compliment your strong customer orientation?
