We require a fully trained and experienced Automotive Technical specialist (or Trainer) to lead and motivate a team of four Technical Engineers, offering professional support to the Automotive UK Dealer Network. With strong leadership, organizational, motivational and influential ability, this Importer Head Office based role is a chance for a well respected Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Regional Manager or Technical expert to progress a career with one of the fastest growing brands in the country.
The following skills and characteristics are essential for shortlist consideration, (and these are rigid requirements); technical ability to Master Technician level, competent PC and IT skills, communication and influential flair both externally and internally, ability to remotely and centrally manage a small team and the calm ability resolve technical problems professionally and efficiently. It is the balance of technical understanding/competence together with managerial sensitivity and resolution delivery that will separate short list candidates from other applicants.
