Working within the Service Quality Department, Mercedes-Benz Cars, you will provide technical support to authorised MCG network dealers via the Technical Assistance Centre helpdesk. Managing enquiries until resolution, you will liaise with relevant production plant specialists on technical issues and also be responsible for analysing field reports and dealer enquiries.
Working well under pressure with the drive to resolve issues, you must be flexible, self-motivated and have excellent customer handling skills. IT literate with previous motor industry experience, you will have a relevant motor vehicle qualification. Your ability to analyse and compose quality reports and solve technical problems is essential.
