Specialising in working within the automotive sector with many large automotive manufacturers delivering bespoke learning and development programmes to maximise the skill levels and productivity of their employees our client enjoys great success and stability within the industry.
Our client currently requires additional Automotive Technical Trainers and Assessors for their successful Jaguar Land Rover Apprenticeship Programme and Technical Training delivery based in Warwickshire.
Apprenticeship Applicants should have experience in training and assessing across level 2-3 automotive apprenticeships and also have relevant training and assessor qualifications. The role involves training delivery at Jaguar Land Rover Academy full apprenticeship framework requirements along with manufacturer specific added modules. Qualifications are based on the IMI standards.
Technical Trainers should have experience in delivering exciting and engaging training up to level 3 diagnostic standard and ATA assessment.
As mentioned applicants should preferably hold relevant training qualifications such as PTLLS/ CTLLS and an assessor award, ATA would also be a benefit.. Applicants should have good current technical knowledge and be competent in diagnostics. Applicants must be able to work under pressure and use innovation in their delivery and assessment within this busy and exciting training environment. Experience with Jaguar or Land Rover products would be beneficial but not essential.
These positions come with a competitive salary of £26-34k pa, company vehicle, IT equipment and pension. Employment will be based on a rolling contract and will be renewed annually.
