Autotrader.co.uk is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead its sales and product development for all its divisions in the dealer group market place. The successful applicant will be a key member of the Auto Trader Digital sales team with responsibility for driving the commercial success of TMG’s products and services with franchised dealer groups. Included in the portfolio are stock locators, CRM and provenance checks from 2nd Byte, Contact Advantage and TDS.
Core Competencies / Responsibilities
• Responsible for defining the group product portfolio to match customer needs
• Identifying opportunities from both current customers and prospects by communication with other sales teams, current customers and other suppliers.
• Providing a consultancy function to customers and prospects
• Customer Focus, sales and account management
• A good appreciation of the Internet and thorough understanding of the online automotive market
• Experience in the dealer group market place
• Good Oral and Written communication
• Ability to influence others
• Commercial Awareness
