Our client, one of the world’s leading Automotive Manufacturers, is embarking on a programme to improve sales of PCP products in the network and implement a robust dealer Trade Cycle Management strategy.
We are recruiting a team of regional, ‘Trade Cycle Implementation Managers’ who will work closely with allocated dealers, reviewing and enhancing their trade cycle processes and improving PCP sales skills. This is a strategic programme requiring long term, ongoing network support. Positions will be offered initially on a 24 month fixed term contract with the intention to extend beyond 24 months as the programme becomes established and proves its success.
You will have a proven track record as a vehicle Sales Manager and/or Business Manager, be highly experienced in automotive finance and a passionate advocate for PCP products. You will be results driven, have excellent communication and influencing skills and able to develop positive and productive relationships with your dealers. Ideally you will have experience coaching and training sales teams, although full induction and training will be given.
