We are currently recruiting 2 field based Trade Development Managers in the East Midlands, East Anglia & North London region and require experienced practitioners with a proven ability to influence dealer principals and parts teams, by coaching best practice and demonstrating the ability to develop trade sales volumes and profitability.
Responsible for the development of trade parts dealers, you will have proven ability in developing trade parts operations, in both the sales development and operational best practice arenas. Successful candidates will have an excellent understanding of dealer parts operations, business awareness, influencing skills, coaching ability, change management.
Strong communication and self drive will be demonstrated from a successful track record in the industry.
The roles are territory based.
